👋 I'm Mike Jones. I’m a learning experience designer, former Creative Director at Artisan Learning, and LXD with Lyft and Twitter. I’ve partnered with tech companies, non-profits, public sector teams, K–12 and higher education, and even local retail organizations to solve meaningful learning and performance challenges.

I believe learning shouldn't be about checking boxes or chasing buzzwords. It should help people do their jobs better and feel more connected to the work that matters.
I design learning experiences that help organizations move beyond training-as-content toward meaningful, performance-focused learning experiences. My work blends strategy, creativity, and a human-centered approach that keeps people—real people—at the center of every decision.
